вот что нашел по этому :
1.Check and clean the trailer plug. Both sides, the side the trailer plugs into and the side the plug plugs into(from the trucks main harness). If that don't work check and clean the bottom center plug on the master cyl. If that don't work you need a new module.
2 Mine shows the same thing. I borrowed a brake controller and it cured the problem.
3 does your brake controler light up and work normally?
There can be a couple reasons, the most commmon being corrosion in your trailer wiring, especially if you have a 5th wheel hitch with an aftermarket 7 pin plug. (most aftermarket 7 pin connectors have no rubber seal on the flap, thus they corrode quicker). The brake controler is constantly sending a signal on the trailer brake power feed to monitor if the trailer becomes disconnected. Thus when you get corrosoin build up between the terminals it will cause a fault.
Another could be if your brake pressure transducer has failed then it will cause a fault as the module does not know how hard your pushing on the brake pedal.
And you can have a failed brake controler, but usually when they fail they are dead. Meaning they will have no display, etc.
So if i was you i would check to see if the controler works when you manually slide the control. if it does, then check your connector terminals and the back of the plug ends for damaged wiring. If you have a 5th wheel then its spliced in so, check the splices as some are wired in with less then a quailty splice.
